CEO of Fiji’s Broadcasting Corporation resigns

Fiji’s Broadcasting Corporation Limited chief executive, Francis Herman, has handed his resignation to the FBCL board citing personal reasons.
Mr Herman told Fijilive that he will take up the position of "programme advisor" for Vanuatu Broadcasting and Television Limited.
He added that his position is being sponsored by AusAid.
He said there were no political reasons for him leaving FBCL and it was made on personal grounds.
Mr Herman who has been working at FBCL for the past 24 years will be leaving the company for Vanuatu in three weeks .
